Shipping & Returns

LINGERIE RETURNS and EXCHANGES

At Lynn's Leather ‘N Lace, your total satisfaction is our goal. We carefully inspect all items before shipment but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the items you have received, or if the items have a defect from the manufacturer you may request to return for exchange or refund for a period of 10 days from the date you receive them - PROVIDED THE ITEMS QUALIFY FOR RETURN as explained below. Returns are subject to the following terms:

- NO Returns or refunds allowed for the following:
     1) Clearance and sale items - they are sold on a final sale basis and are non-returnable.
     2) Costumes and Christmas Costumes - due to their seasonal nature, costumes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
     3) Intimately worn items - For your protection, health regulations prohibit us from accepting returns of panties, thongs, G-strings, outfits that come with a panty, thong or g-string, stockings, body stockings, teddies, latex, swimwear or other intimately worn items. Please be careful when choosing your size for these items. If you have questions drop us an email.

- Leather or pvc sets excluding intimately worn items identified above may be returned for exchange in size or receive store credit for the value of the original purchase.

- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization form. To request a form simply e-mail us at sales@lynnsleathernlace.com , complete the form and include it with the returned goods. Returns not accompanied with the Return Authorization form will be refused.

- Returns are accepted provided the item has not been worn, damaged, creased, soiled, washed or changed in any way. The item cannot have an odor or be otherwise returned in an unsaleable condition. All items MUST be returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact (tags can not removed or torn off the original plastic holding them to the garment).

- All return shipping charges are your responsibility.

- There will be a 15% restocking fee applied for returns unless the return is due to a manufacturers defect. You are responsible for shipping costs both to return the item and to have the replacement item sent to you.

- We do not refund shipping charges.

- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of placing them on our webstore, or refused or denied on delivery will be charged a 25% cancellation fee PLUS any shipping costs we are charged for the return of the item.

Please use an insurable and traceable method with USPS to return items to us. Please do NOT use a courier service to return items to us, we do not accept returns by courier.
